Return rules
Clothing: Unworn with tags within 7 days — no nappy cream, feed stains, or perfume. Size exchanges ship when TCS scans your return, or immediately on prepaid courier.
Feeding: Sealed bottles and bibs may be exchanged unopened. Opened teats, pacifiers, and pump parts are final sale for hygiene.
Toys: Unopened boxes within 7 days. Plush that has been washed or mouthed cannot return — safety for the next family.
Gift hampers: Complete hamper returns only unless a specific item is defective — photo required within 48 hours of delivery.
Personalised items: Name blankets and monogrammed goods are final sale once production starts — double-check spelling in order notes.
