Are your fabrics safe for newborn skin?
We prioritise GOTS organic cotton and OEKO-TEX certified dyes. Every clothing page lists fabric composition — wash before first wear on gentle cycle, no fabric softener on muslin.
How do I choose the right age size?
Sizes run 0–3M, 3–6M, 6–12M, 12–18M, and 18–24M on Pakistani growth averages. Each product lists weight guidance — size up after a growth spurt, down for snug swaddle fit.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes — COD nationwide via TCS, Leopards, and Call Courier. Inspect your parcel, then pay the courier. Free standard shipping on orders over Rs 2,500.
How do I sterilise feeding bottles?
Rinse immediately after feeds. Use our microwave steam bags (five cycles each) or boil for five minutes. Air-dry on a clean rack — see our feeding tips journal post for load-shedding routines.
Can I add gift wrap or a registry note?
Yes — add gift message in order notes. Hampers include tissue presentation; single items can request gift wrap. We never print messages on outer courier labels.
Are plush toys safe for mouthing?
Our plush uses embroidered eyes — no bead hazards. Still supervise under 12 months and follow age guidance on each product page.
What is your return policy for opened feeding items?
Sealed feeding products may return within 7 days. Opened bottles, teats, and pacifiers are final sale for hygiene — see refund policy.
Can I pay with JazzCash or Easypaisa?
Yes — select at checkout for prepaid orders. Include your order number in the transfer note for faster dispatch.
How long is shipping to Karachi and Lahore?
2–3 business days standard from Rawalpindi. Islamabad/Rawalpindi often next day. Express option trims one day where routes allow.
Do personalised name blankets refund?
Personalised items are final sale once production begins — double-check spelling in order notes. Defective stitching is replaced free.
